These entities provide services as hotel establishments and their primary objective is to enable contact between users and the entities which constitute our group, including for getting in touch with us, making requests or reserving our establishments on-line.

10. Applicable law and competent courts
The present website is subject to that established by Spanish legislation and the applicable European regulations.
Any dispute which arises or is related to the use of the website or its products shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals of the province of S/C de Tenerife.
If it is an end consumer, nothing in the present clause shall affect the rights that, as such, are recognised by the current legislation, being able to file a complaint to assert their rights in relation to the present conditions before a corresponding court or tribunal in their country.
11. Cancellation policy
We apply a cancellation policy through Huella Bancaria, owned by La Fourchette SAS.
This tool requires the customer to provide a credit card during the booking process. In case of no-show on the day of your reservation, or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, Restaurante Donaire will apply a financial penalty. This is not a deposit, your bank details will be a guarantee in case of no-show. The penalty will be 30€ per person in case of not booking any menu, and 50% in case of booking one of the two tasting menus available, and only if you do not show up or cancel less than 24h in advance.
In any case, the decision whether or not to apply the penalty is a decision of Restaurante Donaire itself, and not of the booking engine with which we operate through La Fourchette SAS.
The booking process will only be possible via internet for external customers, either through our website restaurantedonaire.com or through our profiles on El Tenedor or TripAdvisor. For more information, you have at your disposal the terms and conditions of La Fourchette SAS to make the reservation.
Guests staying at the hotel will be able to continue to book as usual (via Reception, PR, Webapp, etc.).
