In addition to our tasting menus, we offer a curated selection of à la carte dishes that reflect the same philosophy: precision, creativity, and a deep respect for the ingredients.

An ideal option for those who prefer to personalize their experience while staying true to the essence of Donaire.

Important information

for our customers

To be able to adapt the meals for allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements, it will be necessary to communicate this in advance when making the reservation.

The duration of the tasting is approximately 2.5 hours. The last time for the tasting is 21:00, after that time only the à la carte option will be available until 21:30.

All diners at the table must choose the same menu proposal or, if they wish, order from the à la carte menu.

Tables cannot be reserved. On arrival, the customer will be able to choose the best table available according to the number of guests.

Smart casual dress etiquette and for gentlemen long trousers and close toed shoes are required.

No advance payments are made. A credit/debit card may be required to confirm the booking but there is no charge associated with it, only as a guarantee in case of no show.

If you have a reservation at Donaire you can use our hotel car park free of charge.

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the booking date. In case of no-show or cancellation outside the stipulated period, you will be charged the amount agreed upon during the booking process.
